Wilderstein is an enchanting historic estate situated high above the Hudson River in Rhinebeck, New York. The site offers a romantic, elegant, and natural setting for outdoor weddings events. Wedding ceremonies may take place anywhere on Wilderstein's picturesque 40-acre landscape, including our two gazebos. The expansive lawn east of the Wilderstein mansion is available for wedding receptions. From this location, guests have spectacular views of the Esopus Lighthouse and the river at one of its widest points. The estate's magical Queen Anne mansion and landscape serve as a beautiful backdrop for ceremonies and receptions alike.
Wedding events at Wilderstein are scheduled between 9am and dusk. Wilderstein's charming 1889 Gatehouse Lodge is also available for bridal showers and other smaller wedding related events.
