GROUP TOUR RESERVATION FORM

Wilderstein
requests that you reserve your tour at least one month in advance.
The group tour fee is $250 for less than 40 people or $300 for 40
people or more.
There is a limit of 50 people per group.
Groups should arrive together, have one person in charge, and pay the
tour fee with a single payment.
There is no charge for the tour guide and bus driver.
Your date is reserved when we receive a copy of this reservation form and
a deposit of $75.
Your deposit is refundable if you cancel within one month of your
reservation.
Group
tours are encouraged to plan for at least 1.5 hours for a leisurely
visit.
The house tour, in guided groups of 8 – 10 people, takes approximately
one hour.
An additional half-hour should be allocated for visiting our gift
shop, strolling the grounds, and enjoying the spectacular views.

Please contact Wilderstein if there are changes in the size of your group and/or arrival time. We are typically unable to accommodate early arrivals (more than 15 minutes) outside of our regular hours which are noon to 4:00 p.m., Thursday through Sunday, May - October.
